What is the prime difference between HDR and Bajak Capacitor?

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, international orders are welcome. We ship globally.

What are your shipping options?

Orders are processed for shipment during normal business hours only (9am - 5:30pm, Mon - Fri, excluding Holidays).  All orders received are process through registered on line tracking International Air Parcel Delivery which takes around 14  business working days, depending on your location.

Do you provide Shipment Tracking?

Yes, all shipment of our items are assign with Tracking numbers at the time of shipment. All Orders are shipped from our facility. Tracking number will give you information including the time and date of every location your package passes through.

Security and Privacy

Our extensive Security measures ensure that your information is encrypted to prevent interception by unwelcome third parties. We have gone to great lengths to provide a secure shopping environment for our customers. All personal data collected during processing of orders will be kept confidential through PayPal Website. We do not hold any confidential Banking or Credit Cards Information of our customers. We also do not share ANY of our customer information with 3rd parties

What forms of payment do you accept?

PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery cards are also accepted . We also accept International Money Order such as Western Union. We may expand to other available mode of payments in the near future to facilitates our customers' needs.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes, Definitely. We offer choice for submitting Credit Card information through a very secured online payment method using PayPal. An established and highly secure online payment company. PayPal enables you to send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be automatically channel into the PayPal site, where you can send your payment. If you do not already have a PayPal account, you can opt for credit cards payment using Visa and Mastercard through Paypal. PayPal is our Most Recommended Mode of Payment due to its fast and secured processing.

How do I know if you received my order?

Our Processing Department will send a confirmation email to the customer. This should takes a few minutes, to not more than a working day after the order was received from the customer.

How do I reach a customer service representative?

You can contact us 24 hours, 7 days a week at our email at  Enquiry@hdrenterprises.com for General Enquiries or  Sales@hdrenterprises.com for Sales Enquiries. Our Customer Service Representative will reply to any of your enquiries within 24 hrs.

Do I have to order through the Internet?

Yes, currently we only accept order through the Internet.

What is HDR Enterprises privacy policy?

We realize that making purchases at HDR Enterprises, or any other Website, requires trust on your part. We value your trust very highly, and pledge to you, our customer, that we will work to protect the security and privacy of any personal information you provide to us. This includes your name, address, phone number, email address, and credit-card information, in addition to any other personal information that can be linked to you, personally.

HDR Enterprises does not and will not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. You have the right to control your personal information as you see fit. We collect only the personal information you allow us to collect, and then it is used only to help us serve you better.

Do you offer any warranty on your products?

Yes ! We do give warranty on our products . If you ever receive our products in non-working condition , simply return it and we will ship you a new one free ! But it rarely happens since it will pass through stringent tests  before we ship the item .  Infact we used to offer 1 year functionality warranty . We stop that after we found out that some of our customers spoilt the products when they screw the products open trying  to play around with the actual circuit . We do not cover for your misdoings .

How can I trust that I will receive my item upon payment?

We are a responsible organization and takes full efforts to delivery all orders to the furnished addresses that our customers furnish to us. We are set to establish our organization as a long term entity to serve our customers with the best research quality products and services. We had received many positive testimonials in the past from motivated customers. All products sent out for delivery comes with a Tracking / Delivery Confirmation Numbers which will be furnished to our customers upon dispatch of their item from our facility.
